1. When a Refund May Be Granted
- A refund is possible only if the IBO Player PRO activation cannot be completed after all troubleshooting steps have been attempted.
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with app features, content, or external technical problems unrelated to our activation system.
2. How to Request a Refund
- If your activation fails, contact our support team within 7 days from the initial activation attempt.
- After verification of the issue, approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Situations Not Covered
- No refunds will be issued if activation problems result from incorrect installation, unsupported devices, or unstable internet/network issues.
- Once the device has been successfully activated, the order is considered final — change of mind or personal preference is not refundable.
