1. About the Application
IBO Player PRO is a multimedia player designed to let users upload, organize, and view their own playlists. We do not provide channels, subscriptions, or audiovisual content. All media used within the application must be supplied by the user.
2. License & Activation
A free trial is available upon installation. Once the trial ends, an activation is required to continue using the app. Activation fees apply only to the app license and do not include any form of media or content.
- Yearly activation: €5
- Lifetime activation: €10 (single payment)
3. User Obligations
- Users are fully responsible for the content they upload or stream through the application.
- Only legally acquired playlists and media sources may be used.
- IBO Player PRO does not monitor or verify any content added by users.
- The application must be used in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Restrictions & Misuse
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Using the app for streaming illegal or copyrighted content without permission.
- Attempting to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software.
- Reselling or sharing activation keys with third parties.
- Associating IBO Player PRO with unauthorized paid content or fraudulent offers.
5. Refund Policy
All activation payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to fully test the app during the free trial period before purchasing an activation.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
IBO Player PRO is supplied without any built-in content. We are not responsible for:
- Any third-party services using the IBO name without authorization.
- Content uploaded by users or provided by external playlist providers.
- Damages resulting from misuse, technical issues, or device incompatibility.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application after updates implies acceptance of the modified terms.
